Cookie Policy

Current use

Lumen & Room does not currently set tracking or advertising cookies. The site's only use of browser storage is the lighting planner tool's use of localStorage (not a cookie) to save a plan on your own device if you choose to use that feature. This data is never transmitted to us or to any third party — see our Privacy Policy for full detail.

What localStorage means in practice

• It stays on your device and browser only.
• It is not sent with web requests the way a cookie is.
• You can clear it at any time using the planner's "Clear" button, or through your browser's site data settings.
• It does not persist across different browsers or devices — saving a plan on your phone will not make it appear on your laptop.

If this changes

If we introduce analytics, advertising, or any other service that uses cookies in the future, we will update this page in advance to describe what is set, by whom, and for what purpose, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
